Palmer Trail to Siamese Twins Loop

This relatively easy hike combines several trails in Garden of the Gods. It features the Palmer Trail to Siamese Twins, which can be found on AllTrails at https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/colorado/palmer-trail-to-siamese-twins, connecting with the Siamese Twins via Cabin Canyon Loop, which can be found on AllTrails at https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/colorado/siamese-twins-via-cabin-canyon-loop, and then a short loop down to the Trading Post, where there are rest rooms and coffee, and back again. The hike is about 2.6 miles in total, with a 190 ft elevation gain, and stunning views of Pikes Peak and the Siamese Twins rock formation. Boots, sunglasses, sunscreen, windbreakers and hats will be needed, and you should plan on bringing water and snacks in a day pack. Some members may wish to bring hiking poles to increase stability. We will meet at The Scotsman Picnic Ground, 1085 Garden Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80919 (Parking Lot P13) at 9:00 AM; directions can be found on Google Maps. It's good to arrive early because of limited parking. Dogs are welcome – including in the Trading Post - but must be leashed.
