Rampart Reservoir via Rainbow Gulch Trail

The Rampart Reservoir via Rainbow Gulch Trail, which can be found on AllTrails at https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/colorado/rampart-reservoir-via-rainbow-gulch-trail is a spectacular experience above Woodland Park. It is a relatively easy trail, 3.7 miles there and back, with a total elevation gain of 285 feet. Boots, sunglasses, windbreakers and hats will be needed, and you should plan on bringing water and snacks in a day pack. We will meet at 8:30 at the trailhead at #714 Rainbow Gulch Trailhead, Colorado Springs, CO 80921, which can be found on Google Maps. Parking may be limited, so you will want to arrive early. The road up to the trailhead itself is gravel but very well graded and maintained. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed.
