From Monday, August 18 to Wednesday, August 20, 2025, immerse yourself in three days and two nights of pure bliss amidst breathtaking mountain vistas and the healing embrace of natural mineral waters.

Your retreat package includes:

1. Swish Breakfast: Delight in a sumptuous breakfast prepared by your host each morning to start your day off right.
2. Day Pass to Mount Princeton Resort and Spa: Enjoy a full day of access to the soothing warmth of natural mineral hot springs, luxurious jacuzzis, and pools, all surrounded by the stunning beauty of the Colorado Rockies. This $45 value is included in your retreat package. If you wish to extend your spa experience, additional passes can be purchased separately at the hotel for $45 per day.
3. Group Stress Relief Hypnotherapy Session: Participate in a transformative group session aimed at promoting relaxation and stress relief, helping everyone to unwind and rejuvenate. ( This group session is optional and you may opt out if you like) This session is led by me, a certified clinical hypnotherapist and life and wellness coach. Normally valued at $97 per person, this enriching experience is included in your retreat package at no additional cost.
4. Airbnb Accommodation: Enjoy a cozy stay in a 4-bedroom Airbnb home for two nights, which is already booked and included in the retreat package.
   As the sun sets, venture out to explore the vibrant culinary scene in Buena Vista or Salida, where local dining options promise to delight your taste buds (dinner costs not included).

After July 1st, only full payments will be accepted—no more deposits.
