Sprint Club – Fun, Fast, and Exhilarating!
Rediscover the thrill of running as fast as you can, just for the sheer joy of it. In a world where most adult running groups focus on jogging or slow-paced / long-distance running, Sprint Club is here to bring back the exhilaration of sprinting for fun like when you were a kid.
This group is all about the excitement of running fast—whether you're a seasoned sprinter or just curious to see how it feels to push your limits. Whether you're lightning fast or just want an excuse to see if your legs can still run, we welcome all speeds. The focus is on running as fast you want, having fun, and making friends!
We'll do some light stretching to warm up and help prevent injuries, ensuring everyone can have fun without any setbacks. Feel free to do more of your own stretching and set your own limits. We are not responsible for any injuries of course. You do you, and we want you to be safe. So, lace up your sneakers, and leave the office chair butt print behind. Join us to have some fun sprinting through the city together!

This is a casual sprint club.
Join us for some fun sprints along the Charles River in Boston! Embrace the thrill of running fast, surrounded by the beautiful view, fresh autumn air, and friendly good company. Whether you're a power sprinter or just looking to rediscover the joy of running fast, all speeds are welcome. Yes, just sprints! Roughly 50m, 100m. Rest, walk, and talk. Then repeat!
We'll kick things off with some warm intro's at Community Boating along the esplanade, then hit the path for some light stretching to warm up and do some casual sprints. Aim to come early - to account for parking, traffic, etc. We'll hit the path around 4:15pm. There will be people along the path, so think of this like a sprint and obstacle course combined! 🙂 Please be careful.
Meeting Point: We'll meet at Community Boating in Boston at 4:00pm.

Join us for some fun sprints along the Katy Trail in Dallas! Embrace the thrill of running fast, surrounded by the beautiful view, fresh autumn air, and friendly good company. Whether you're a power sprinter or just looking to rediscover the joy of running fast, all speeds are welcome. Yes, just sprints! Roughly 50m, 100m. Rest, walk, and talk. Then repeat!
We'll kick things off with some warm intro's at Van Leeuwen's Ice Cream in Uptown, then hit the path for some light stretching to warm up and do some casual sprints. Aim to come early - to account for parking, traffic, etc. We'll head over to the trail around 7:15pm. It'll be cooler, after the heat. There will still be people along the trail though, so think of this like a sprint and obstacle course combined! 🙂 Please be careful. Wear mosquito spray if needed.
Meeting Point: We'll meet at Van Leeuwen Ice Cream in Uptown, Dallas at 7:00pm.
