06-Jul-2025 Sprint Session (CTS)

I plan on being at Central Technical School at Bathurst and Harbord streets this Sunday, July 6, 2025 at 9 AM. We can meet up at the furthest bleachers at the southeast corner of the track. We will do the following: (1) a light warmup stretch; (2) 10 minute light jog; (3) A skips; (4) three sets of 200 meter sprints; and (5) a final cooldown stretch.
