Not the best turnout last week but I appreciate everyone who signed up and either canceled on Meetup or contacted me directly. Since there were no shows we plan on doing the same workout as follows:

  1. Warmup Stretch
  2. 1 mile light jog or 10 minute jog (whichever is less)
  3. High Skips / A Skips skills
  4. Three sets of 200 meter sprints
  5. Cool Down Stretch

I hope you can come. I know it is hot outside so bring a towel and plenty of water if you decide to come. Thank you!!
