James Hoffman and Lucia Solis collaborate to bring us a set of 4 different coffees.... well, one coffee, 4 ways! In this set we compare post-harvest fermentation styles in a controlled fashion to help our palette recognize and evaluate how these processes affect the green bean.

Sprociety and its members have donated kits from 4 different roasters, including Brass Horn, Brainwaves, Hex Coffee, and Rosso.
We will be tuning into the livestream at 11am. Please come early if you would like instruction on cupping protocol. Please stay after for refreshments.
