His special talent is photographing sailing vessels. Onne will present his techniques for capturing the essence of a vessel and crew on private vessels and during well-known sailing races.
In this 1 1/2 hour presentation Onne will explain how he uses his nautical experience and lenses to capture the special moment while the sailing vessel is in motion. Some of his images are shot from the water and some under the water. Sometimes he is suspended high above the vessel while it is in motion. Onne will describe his preparation before going on assignment and his experiences while aboard a vessel.
His nautical, sailing and yacht photography is now shot entirely digitally using Canon 1-DS cameras with top of the line lenses and post-processing software.
