SPSC was established in 2022 with the vision of making athlete-style training accessible to everyone. The Sports Performance Science Corner aims to integrate the latest scientific research with cutting-edge sports science equipment, ensuring that exercise can be effectively promoted and popularized across various sports disciplines and for individual use.
All courses follow a systematic training program designed to gradually enhance muscle strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Participants will learn proper exercise techniques and movement patterns to reduce the risk of injury and maximize training efficiency. Additionally, the program includes periodized training plans tailored to individual needs and goals, ensuring that each participant can safely achieve their fitness objectives—whether it's muscle gain, fat loss, or athletic performance enhancement.
We welcome all fitness enthusiasts in Neihu and nearby areas who are passionate about strength and functional training to join our sessions!
Our programs focus not only on individual athletic performance but also on fostering teamwork and camaraderie. Through interactive coaching methods, participants can motivate each other, boost their confidence, and improve their overall performance. Join our Survival Game Strength Training Course and boost your stamina and endurance! Whether you're a beginner or an expert, our coach will guide you to challenge your comfort zone and experience the thrill of teamwork.
The main idea behind this workout group is developing athletic skills. We will focus on one specific skill a week, and towards the end of the 10 week program, you will improve your athleticism as well as your general fitness level. Even if you join us in the middle of the program, you will still benefit from the training and have a good time.
