Join our 12-Week functional Training Course and boost your stamina and endurance! Whether you're a beginner or an expert, our coach will guide you to challenge your comfort zone and experience the thrill of teamwork.
The main idea behind this workout group is developing athletic skills. We will focus on one specific skill a week, and towards the end of the 10 week program, you will improve your athleticism as well as your general fitness level. Even if you join us in the middle of the program, you will still benefit from the training and have a good time.

This fun and engaging session is designed to improve athleticism through dynamic workouts. The 60-minute program includes:
1️⃣ Warm-up (10 min) – Game-based warm-up: reaction drills, shuttle runs, and dynamic stretching
2️⃣ Thematic Training Schedule (50 min)
3️⃣ Cool-down & Stretching (10 min)
