Announcing Game Night at Little Mountain Books and Botanica in Mount Vernon across the bridge from downtown! Dust off the dice, shuffle the cards, and prepare for an epic night of board game fun! We’ll have everything from quick party games to brain-bending strategy games. Join us for an evening of friendly competition and camaraderie!

On Saturday, Nov 1st from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, we're gathering at Little Mountain Books and Botanica for a night of board games. We'll be featuring Wingspan, Azul, and Carcasonne, but feel free to bring your favorites to share! Whether you're a seasoned strategist or just starting your board game journey, all are welcome. Come ready to make new friends, enjoy some light snacks and drinks, and have a blast! We'll have ample table space and a cozy atmosphere perfect for an evening of gaming fun."

Note from event host Mary: Johnny is great at introducing games at his events, he and some other members gave us the idea to host this event at my sister's family's bookstore. You'll meet owners Suzy, Matt and their daughter Abby (and maybe more, my daughter is a gamer too) there. Put any questions you have about games, etc. in the event discussion and we hope this is the first in a series of game nights! Feel free to come by Little Mountain Bookstore before the event, there is a great selection of fantasy/horror books (mostly used, some new) popular with board game aficionados, along with many other types of books, tea, gifts and herbs.
