Square Dance Intro - Free

Would you like to meet new people, have fun, make friends,
...and get some exercise at the same time?

Come take a free introductory square dance lesson! Northshore Squares is a square dance club that dances along the North Shore of Chicago from Evanston to Glencoe. We offer free trial square dance samplers to come out and see what square dancing is all about. Square dancing is walking to music, but you need to know the terminology to do the call.

Please join us for this upcoming opportunity to try square dancing. If you are able to come to our event, feel free to bring a friend (but that is not necessary), bring a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes as you will be standing and walking (with a few breaks!).

We give square dancing a modern twist featuring contemporary music and an emphasis on mind and body strengthening. No partner is necessary. Come join us and try something new, and if you like it, we will be offering classes on Tuesdays at the Levy Center in Evanston.
