NICU Bonding hearts: a matched pair of flannel hearts, sewn double sided. The parent wears one against their skin, and the other is placed with the baby. When the parents visit, the hearts are swapped around, so that the parents' scent is always present. This helps the baby bond with the person they should never have had to be parted from. And it helps the parents, too, I can promise you that.
This is a very easy hand-sewing craft. All supplies provided!
Hearts will be donated to one of our local NICU units.
