🏓 Pickleball for Beginners — Learn, Play, Eat & Celebrate!
Ever watched pickleball and thought "that looks fun… but I have NO idea what I'm doing"? Well, this event is made for YOU!

Whether you've never touched a paddle or you've played just a handful of times and want to actually figure out what you're doing — come join us for a fun, low-pressure intro to one of the fastest-growing sports in America!

Please, no regular Pickleballers for this event... although you are welcome to come hang out, give pointers, help keep score, etc.

I've reserved 2 courts and the event space for us.

📍 WHERE: ACE Pickleball Club 18459 Pasco Business Ctr Way, Lutz, FL 33558 (Indoor courts — no weather worries!)
📅 WHEN: Saturday, April 11th | 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM (Please arrive by 1:15 PM to get checked in — we'll be starting on time!)

🎾 HOW IT WORKS:
We'll kick things off with a beginner-friendly lesson so everyone gets the basics down... scoring, rules, court positioning, and of course, what in the world a "dink" is. 😄

Then we break into teams and play! Here's the lineup:

• 8 players max on the courts at one time (two teams of 2 on each court)
• First 8 players start while the other two teams wait to challenge the winners.
• Paddles and balls are provided — just bring yourself!
• Others are welcome to come watch, cheer, and enjoy the fun in the event space

🍽️ POT LUCK LUNCH:
We're doing a Pot Luck inside the event space & everyone is encouraged to bring a little something to share! Apps, sides, desserts, snacks… whatever you love to bring to a party. We'll make it a feast! (Please note: no alcohol at this venue.)

🍺 AFTER PARTY — The Brass Tap! Once we've had our fill of pickleball, we'll head across the street to:
The Brass Tap 18835 FL-54, Lutz, FL 33558 (in the Shoppes at Sunlake Centre)

Join us after for a couple of drinks, some laughs, and plenty of stories about the epic plays (and maybe some epic fails 😂) from the afternoon.

This part is casual and totally optional, but highly encouraged!

💰 COST: $43 per person (includes all fees, courts, event space, paddles and balls)
