KEDA and Gunicorn quirks
This talk explores the challenge of scaling Python web applications using KEDA (Kubernetes Event-driven Autoscaling) and Gunicorn. While KEDA excels at scaling containers, it struggles to monitor Gunicorn's workload since Gunicorn doesn't expose its queue metrics by default.
We'll follow one of our customers's production deployment journey through three phases along with a demo setup backing up some of the learnings.
