The traditional "war room" approach, where the SRE team scrambles to manually identify and fix the problem, can be slow and prone to human error. In this talk we'll discuss certain steps where AI-driven incident response systems act as a force multiplier, automating and accelerating several critical aspects.

Building an enterprise alerting Gitops pipeline - lessons learnt.
We recently built Elasticsearch and AppDynamics alerting pipeline for a customer using Gitops. The talk will focus on the chaos before a standard approach was undertaken, how multiple monitoring tools can coexist in the same repo, how multiple instances of those tools can be chosen dynamically, the onboarding journey and how simple policy hooks helped streamline user journeys.
