Using examples, I will talk you through the path to an internal developer platform (IDP). We'll talk about what the IDP is, how and where to start, how to set the goals and objectives, how to align the teams, build a roadmap and maintain a steady delivery.

Vitek helps his customers run services reliably & efficiently in the cloud (and sometimes elsewhere). He's currently heading the Cloud Platform competency at Zapier.

SRE at scale - the learnings from Wolt

What does it really take to scale SRE at a fast-moving company like Wolt? In this talk, we will share the details on how we have scaled our on-call and SRE practice to maintain 24x7 operations across 30 countries. From firefighting incidents to building tools that make our lives easier, we will share the strategies that worked (and the ones that didn’t!)

Ibbad Hafeez is a Staff Engineer at Wolt, where he leads on-call operations and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) initiatives. He is passionate about building antifragile systems and improving incident management efficiency. Ibbad has been sharing his experience on scaling SRE at Wolt through his contributions to Wolt tech blogs and podcasts.

Building a Reliability Management Platform, again.

In this talk, we will briefly look at how we approached developing our own reliability management platform in Elisa and how it initially served our development teams. The challenges we faced when tackling complexities of our diverse tech stack, and how empowering our teams to design their own metrics and monitoring ultimately led us to build the platform from scratch... again instead of picking of-the-self solution.

Antti is one part of the SRE team at Elisa, working with in-house teams to better their software reliability and a driving force to better monitoring and reliability visualization in Elisa's digital domain.
