Welcome to the SRQ Mahjong Gathering! This group is perfect for people who have just learned to play mahjong. This is a fun, cool vibes and relaxed environment.
To join you should complete a beginners class like the one at our local A.C.E. ([ACE at Suncoast Technical College (campusce.net)](https://www.campusce.net/acesarasota/category/category.aspx) or self-taught. ***This is not a teaching group.***
This is a great way to find your mahjong tribe and improve your skills. Join us for a game or two or three or four!
MEMBERSHIP DUES: Meetup.com charges $178.99 every 6 months (May and November) for the SRQ Mahjong Gathering. This amounts to $357.98 per year.
An annual membership dues feature has been created to collect $20 per year for each participating member. These dues help pay for the Meetup.com fee.
This is voluntary and new members will have 90 days to try the group on a trial basis. To maintain an active membership after 90 days you will be prompted to pay $20/year to continue to have access.
