Join us for an afternoon of board games at Descent Into Gaming, a board game store in Bradenton.
WHAT WE'LL PLAY: We'll make a final decision together. Typically we split up so that one table can play a longer and more complex game like Talisman or Agricola, while 1-2 other tables can play lighter games like Azul, Carcassonne, Rummikub, or Ticket to Ride. Feel free to comment in advance with any favorite games that you'd like to play!
WHAT IT COSTS: Play for free. They have bottled water and soda for sale, and there is a $1 charge to bring in outside food/drinks.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring games you want to play. Descent has some games that we can borrow and play, and I'll bring a bag of games from my collection. (https://boardgamegeek.com/collection/user/kenk1982?own=1&subtype=boardgame&ff=1). Feel free to make suggestions.
HOW LONG WE'LL PLAY: The event time says 3 hours, but stay later if you wish. It's fine to arrive late although you may have to wait for the next game to start.
HOW TO FIND EACH OTHER: We'll be in the back of the store at the gaming tables.
