Welcome to the SSAS North West Network Meeting.
The only meeting in the North West dedicated to SSAS Pensions.

SSAS North West’s aim has always been to introduce people to SSAS Pensions, help them grow and to secure theirs and their families future for generations.

The meeting is designed for;

• Business owners and company directors.
• Existing trustee's of their own SSAS pension.
• People who are interested in starting a Small Self Administered Pension Scheme.
• Accountants looking to help clients grow and save tax in their businesses.

Our aim is to create a helpful, informative group plus find synergy for people looking to start, or are already investing a SSAS pension to create a better future for themselves, family and future generation.

This month we have Craig Lambie joining us to tell us all about his journey through commercial conversions, co-working space and SA apartments.

Craig has successfully developed 6 sites, with over £5M GDV of property and has £7M GDV in the pipeline. He has done BTL, SA and CMO projects and analysed hundreds of properties. Craig works with 2 SSAS trustee investors at the moment through loans, equity investment and even helped one setup a furniture leasing company, plus much, much more.

We also have Louise Jowsey, another regular attendee, telling us all why promotion, branding and lead generation within the property sphere is key to getting the deals you want in the future, I know that many of us including myself will gain real benefit from her knowledge.

We will also have our new Open Mic slot, where you can introduce yourself to the group and let everyone know what your up to in the SSAS world, plus our extended networking to grow the Know, Like & Trust within the group.
