National Trails Day Celebration - NCT in Wisconsin

Join the three Wisconsin NCTA Chapters to celebrate National Trails Day on the North Country Trail in the Brule River State Forest near Lake Nebagamon. 8 AM - Highland Town Hall is open
8:30 AM - Hike to Jersett Creek Campsite & return, 5.5 miles
9:00 AM - Hike Gaylord Nelson Portal to Highland through the Motts Ravine State Natural Area
11:30 - 1:00 Social, Potluck, & Welcome by chapter leaders from Brule-St. Croix, Chequamegon, & Heritage Chapters
1:00 PM - Activities on your own
--Canoe or kayak the Bois Brule
--Hike another section of the North Country Trail
--Visit Amnicon State Park or Pattison State Park
--Set up camp at a local campground, or on the NCT
