Tales from a Game Jam


Game jams provide a fun opportunity to try your hand at creating a short game within a very limited time frame. In this talk I'll go through my experience participating in the Lisp Game Jam creating a 2D puzzle/adventure game with LÖVE and the Fennel programming language. From art assets to collision detection to live coding; we'll cover all the things that go into making a winning entry.
