Often known as Life Force or Prana. Prana comes from Sanskrit meaning 'vital energy'. It could be that feeling you get when you feel inspired or passionate about something, or simply what fires you up and gives you enthusiasm. We've all experienced it and know the feeling well but what's behind it? What generates it and fuels it? On the flipside, how are we when this Life Energy is absent?

What is Conscious Cafe? We aim to bring you together with like-minded people who want to explore and expand personal growth, to increase self-awareness and to engage in conscious conversations which create deeper connections with one another.

7.00 - 8.00 - Introductions, opening circle, group meditation and a short
talk followed by discussion
8.00 - 8.10 - Mini break - make a cuppa
8.10 - 9.00 - Further group discussions and a closing circle
