Contemporary Dance Class

Come join our contemporary dance class in St Albans! Perfect one hour class 6-7pm for those looking to get back into dancing, or to try something totally new. It's an hour class in central St Albans where we warm up, stretch and do a bit of fun choreography. The focus is on fitness and fun! Wear something comfortable and bring a water with you. It's £10 cash brought on the day please! Limited 10 spots, so join up! Takes place at Maltings Art Theatre dance studio next to St Albans Library in the Maltings.
