Gentle Yoga Classes

I’m happy to share that our Gentle Yoga series continues with a new 8-week session running from January 11th to March 8th.
Classes take place Sundays 10:00–11:00am, offering a calm, supportive space to move, breathe, and unwind.
As always, these gentle classes focus on slow, mindful movement, accessible postures, and relaxation—perfect for maintaining mobility, easing tension, and supporting overall wellbeing.
Please note there will be no class on February 15th.
This class is ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone seeking a slower, more nurturing practice. No previous experience is needed—just come as you are.
Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

$20 for drop-ins.
