St Augustine Dining Club - January dinner

Chef Michael Lugo recently opened Pesca Vilano inside the Hyatt Place Hotel in Vilano. I've been meaning to check it out and have a table for 12 on Friday, January 26! Who wants to join me?
The best part about our dinners, although the food is always amazing, is the friends you'll meet and conversations you'll have. We will have a private space inside the restaurant. The price includes a 3-course dinner including gratuity and tax. Wines and cocktails can be ordered from the list and paid directly to the restaurant.
STARTER:
Mediterranean salad
ENTREES: (choose one of the following)
Seared Scallops with pea & mint risotto, pancetta, parmesan, buttermilk herb crema
OR
Whole Roasted Snapper with nuoc cham sauce, herb salad, fresh lime, plantain chips
OR
Beef Filet with charred onion soubise, baby bok choy, tamarind demi, parmesan frico
DESSERT (choose from one of the following)
Cafe con leche
Coquito tres leche
Carrot cake bread pudding
The peach
Dark chocolate kiss
Payment: RSVP here and send your payment to me at Venmo miranda-nicol-1. If I do not see your payment come through by Jan 17 I will need to release your spot to another guest. Cancellations - No refunds after January 17.
Guests - if you want to bring a guest please text me and we can make arrangements for 2.
No reservation - This is a table for 12 in a private room so I won't be able to add extras last minute. Everyone must be pre-booked and pre-paid. Thank you for your understanding!
