St Bernard Real Estate Investor Meetup

Welcome to the St. Bernard Parish Real Estate Meetup! Our goal is to connect investors and create a space where like-minded individuals can network, learn and grow towards success. Each month we interview experienced investors, experts, and specialists involved in real estate.

For our May meetup, we have a guest that is no stranger to most in the NOLA investing community: Aussie Steve! Steve is an Australian entrepreneur and property investor who successfully IPO'ed his home improvement business on the ASX for $315Million before relocating to New Orleans. After moving here, he founded Home Buyer Louisiana, focusing on acquiring distressed properties for flipping, renting, and wholesaling. Leveraging his marketing and sales background, Steve sources off-market deals at deep discounts. Affectionately known as "Aussie Steve," he's dedicated to revitalizing blighted houses and contributing to the local economy. He's an active member of the New Orleans Real Estate Investing Association and invests in local startups through the NOLA Angel Network.
