We begin with a grounding, and Sara invites you to choose roses from the altar for your meditation. You make yourself comfortable placing roses on your body. Sara leads you on a healing journey through guided meditation and closes with a beautiful integration with Rebecca Campbells Rose Oracle deck. You leave with your roses, feeling a little lighter and ready to continue your work with them. Returning them to the earth when your journey is complete.
