SONQO means HEART in Quechua: Pachamama Cacao opens the heart. An open heart can receive wisdom. Connected through wisdom, we humans are capable of moving mountains and bringing visions to life - just as the Incas once created their incredible structures. The Cacao Ceremony brings you into gentle contact with your own heart. It culminates in the Peruvian Munay Meditation, the meditation of unconditional love. You will feel a deep sense of inner peace that will accompany you into everyday life.

Ángel from Cusco, Peru, guides the ceremony. He grew up with the healing knowledge of the Andes and the spirit of the Amazon plants. Today, he travels across continents to share this ancient wisdom. The non-profit organisation SONQO supports syntropic farming projects that restore Peruvian cacao cultivation back into harmony with the rich biodiversity of an intact Amazon.
The event is in English. No yoga or meditation experience needed. Open to all. Come as you are, wear comfortable clothes for sitting.
