What we’re about
We are a Catholic young adult group that meets on Wednesdays at 7pm at the 1st Floor of the St. Jane Frances de Chantal Office! This group is for young adults between the ages of 18 and 35!
This group exists for one simple reason: God deeply loves us and wants a relationship with us, and too often, we forget that. He wants to know us in all of our flaws and weaknesses. He came for us, and he died for us. The goal of the group is to get to not only know that in our heads, but in our hearts and to live out lives that really embrace how radical that is, in community with each other.
This isn’t a group for perfect people, but people seeking to know the one who loves them, no matter where we are in our walk with faith. I want it to be a safe space for all of us to know Jesus’ love in all of its reality. Jesus said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.” (Mark 2:17).
Not only do we learn about our Catholic faith and pray, but form friendships where people genuinely care about and invest time in each other. We also play a lot of really fun games and do some awesome events. Come on by!

See all- This Wednesday, Verso Catholic Young Adult Group: Do You Love Me?St Jane Frances De Chantal, Valley Glen, CA
Hello, everyone!
It's a brand new week-- and very much in line with the Easter season, and the readings for this past Sunday, we'll be diving into the question that Jesus asks Peter, and asks us, too: "Do you love me?" The human heart's deepest desire is to love and be loved-- and God has great love for us. He chases after us, always desiring our heart, but never forces us to accept his love. We'll be learning more about that, and the revolution it has for our faith to change from obligation, to a relationship of love.
