Sara Caldwell (Agile Coach with Polaris Solutions) will be discussing Cynefin Framework.

Abstract:
As leaders we are often invited to make decisions with limited information. The problem is we never know everything we want to know. We wait too long and we run the risk of not acting in time. We decide too quick and we might make the wrong call. What we need is a way to quickly make sense of what is going on and work to control the future instead of predicting the future.

After this workshop, you will be able to define (and pronounce) the domains of Cynefin model – a sense making model - and identify the ideal ways to respond in each domain…when to probe, when to act, and went to respond.
