Jason Tice graciously coordinated the WebEx call for this event AND will be discussing: Radically simple measurements to guide product, team and personal improvements

At prior AgileLINC meetings, we have explored complicated metrics that can be used to guide improvement activities, such as: tuning the flow efficiency of your software development activities or calibrating work-in-progress limits within your development process. While such metrics are impactful to assessing the impact of process changes, they can be hard to measure and difficult to understand.

Join us for the first AgileLINC meetup of 2021 to participate in an exploration of radically simple measurements that can guide improvements to your product, team, and even personal activities. For each category mentioned, we will review a list of simple metrics most of which you can track by simply counting or timing using a standard stopwatch and then discuss how the simple data gathered can lead to profound improvements.

In addition to the presentation of these radically simple measurements, familiar members of AgileLINC will participate in a panel discussion to share their feedback and thoughts on the measurements shared. All attendees will be able to share open feedback and questions using an online canvas during the session which will be addressed as time allows.

Thank you to those who accept our invitation to explore how radically simple measurements can guide profound improvements.
