"Feed the People" Transplanting & Distribution Tues-Thurs April 9-11 at UMSL

Details
Come Tuesday to Thursday, 11am to 3pm, at UMSL south campus, at the Community Garden trailer, or schedule a special time for you or your group to Transplant or pick up supplies.
This joint project of the Student Social Work Association and UMSL Sustainability has shifted to Transplant and Distribution phases. Volunteers welcome!
We have seedlings, plastic pots, soil and seed for any elementary school or other community group that would like to join the project. We hope to hear from you, letting us know if any person or group can accept our plants, free of charge.
We've seeded 55,000 of our 60,000 seedling goal. Community members and fellow gardeners are welcome to come join the students, connect with the community and celebrate UMSL's 60 years.
We are ready to transplant thousands of seedlings, and are creating a list of community groups, food pantries, elementary schools, ministries, and others that we can share our harvest with on distribution days. We invite everyone to participate, if not on campus, then at your location by appointment. Learn or teach others how to grow your own food.
Remote planting with community groups or gardens by appointment, on Weekends or after hours. Thanks for passing this info along to friends.
