We are excited to announce Global Game Jam 2026! Come team up with local creators and make a game over the weekend! This event is open to ALL (even remote friends)! Students from any campus are also welcome.

The official GGJ site registration is now up! REGISTER HERE!

Online and in-person participants are both welcome. For online participation and to stay up to date on event details, join our Discord server! All participants must abide by the GGJ Code of Conduct and STLGameDev Community Guidelines.

Internet in-person at UMSL may have heavy traffic, so it is advised that you download and install your tools and any other large files at home before arriving for the jam! This venue was designed primarily for students with notebooks. Guests with “LAN party"-style full tower PC rigs may struggle to find comfortable spacing and wattage accommodations. Folks with large computer and electrical needs should adjust their technology footprint accordingly (bring a laptop) and/or consider remote participation.

Some food will be provided at certain times throughout the weekend. The venue may fill up fast depending on the number of attendees.

Reach out and let us know if you have any questions!

PARKING INFORMATION
