UPDATE: Oak Knoll Park picnic and walk

WeatherUnderground shows a 20% chance of rain today from 11:00-2:00, with a higher percentage on either side.

Let’s move this event to 12:00-1:30 and skip the picnic portion. Unless there is an extreme downpour (and I’ll post it here if so), otherwise, I will be there. Walking, nature, and new friends are still good even on non-sunny, slightly wet days. ;-) The path is short if we choose to end early.

Find me by the picnic tables at noon in a semi long mulberry rain coat. I’ll wait 10 minutes then begin walking. If you arrive after (unlikely because you are a ‘J’ :), then catch up with me on the next round - each lap is about 13 minutes.

The entrance to the park is on Big Bend; stay right once in Oak Knoll to park in that lot close to picnic tables you will see nearby.
