A past life meditation is a deep form of guided relaxation that helps you access memories of a previous life so you can understand and work through conditions in your current life.

During a group meditation, we’ll explore the environment, living arrangements, community, and significant events from a previous life that could be affecting you now. You will also be guided to briefly meet with a member of your spirit team to ask questions and receive guidance.

Mats, pillows, eye masks, and blankets will be provided. Several reclining chairs will also be available on a first-come basis unless reserved ahead of time.
