Al Foster/ Zombie or Bluff Trail

Meet in parking lot for either a 5 or 7 mile loop run if taking the Rock Hollow paved route or 9-10 mile loop run if you include Zombie East and the Extra Credit (1/2 mile loop) trail. Alternately the Bluff View trail is a 5 mile out and back option. Pace : 9-14 min per mile. Another option is the out and back on the all gravel Al foster trail.
Parking available in main paved lots by restrooms.
