Chubb trail run (West Tyson)

Take highway 44 west and exit at Lewis rd, ( exit 266). Merge onto outer road and then after about 100 yards drive turn right thru gated entrance into the park. Drive down hill a short distance then turn right at intersection and drive in about 1/4 mile (single lane road) and meet in the parking lot just past the stone restrooms. ( Flint Quarry Trailhead).
Options are the 4 mile loop or 6 miles to the tracks and back. Extra miles running Chinkapen or to Lone Elk trailhead if desired and not too muddy. We usually stop about every mile and let slower runners catch up.
