Run the 2.1 mile rock quarry trail, the 1.8 mile trail among the trees, then the 3.2mile Lime kiln trail.
Plus option to run the greenrock trail out and back for desired mileage. Pace: 9-14 minute per mile. Meet in parking lot near the EDUCATION CENTER which about a mile in on the left. Restrooms are located as you drive in on the right at the bottom of the trail among the trees if needed. Rockwoods total is about 7 miles. You can shorten this by running just one or two of the trails if desired.
