Our first meetup was a huge success, and we can't wait to meet up with everyone again!

We'll keep it simple. We'll go around the group and each person will answer two questions:

🔹 What’s something you’ve experimented with recently that actually stuck… or totally failed?
🔹 What’s something you’re currently curious about or considering trying next?

Easy, fun, and a great way to find your people.

If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place:

  • You've tried or are curious about red light therapy, cold plunge, or sauna
  • You've heard about peptides, NAD+, or metformin and want to know more
  • You track your sleep, HRV, or wear a continuous glucose monitor
  • You're into zone 2 cardio, VO2 max, or strength training for longevity
  • You've been down a rabbit hole on fasting, autophagy, or the microbiome
  • You're just starting to think more seriously about how you age and want to learn

New Location + Optional Class

We’re excited to host our next St. Pete Longevity & Biohacking meetup at St Pete Calisthenics, who generously offered to support our mission of bringing together people interested in longevity and wellbeing.

They have a large, open facility that’s perfect for conversations, connection, and community building.

Even better, they also house the Bio Optimization Institute, which offers a Bio-Op Fitness class at 7:00 PM.
If you’d like, you can join the class after our meetup. It’s a great way to turn ideas into action and experience a new (and gentle) approach to training.
