An Introduction to Computer Vision in .NET
Computer Vision is revolutionizing the world around us. It's ubiquitous and yet the entry points are opaque and can be a bit daunting to understand. This talk will break down these barriers as we cover some of the basics of Computer Vision in .NET - convolution, edge detection, facial detection, feature tracking, and some basic augmented reality using OpenCV.
Steve Lorello
Steve Lorello got his start building .NET software while working on the Global Positioning System and has been obsessed with .NET development ever since. Today Steve works as the .NET Developer Advocate for Vonage by day and studies artificial intelligence and computer perception as a grad student at Georgia Tech by night.
