Fanglands! - Old School D&D - Beginners Welcome

This is an ongoing RPG campaign. Beginners are more than welcome. Each game is a self-contained one-shot, so feel free to join any session.

Players will explore the Fanglands, a mysterious land full of dungeons, tombs, terrible monsters, and ancient mysteries.

We use the Basic Fantasy rules. Basic Fantasy is just 1980s D&D, so it's much simpler than the current version. You can download all the rules for free at https://www.basicfantasy.org/ (You don't need to, but they're there)

We'll be running it in the West Marches style:

• Every session is a complete adventure
• You don't have to show up for any particular session.
• Players get to schedule when and where the games are held, and even what the adventure will be.

We're using 1st level characters. Feel free to make one beforehand if you wish.
