On the edge of known space is a small remote desert moon that offers little in the way of comforts - but for those living on the edge and looking for an opportunity, there are few better places to scrabble out a way of life. The tiny dusty planet was once lousy with ossified alien coral chunks that were, and still are, highly prized finds for their pharmacological properties. The 'Wigoy Rush' has since slowed down but prospectors still abound on the tiny moon.
But chasin' coral fragments isn't what pays. What pays your bills is something far more reliable - bounties. And in a place like Larstown on a rock like this, there's plenty of bounties to collect on.
About the Scenario
The Desert Moon of Karth is a western-inspired desert point crawl setting book. We'll focus down on a specific job within this sandbox for our one-shot. Will you bring in your query before they escape into the desert and beyond?

About the Table
2-4 players needed for this session.
No experience required, no preparation necessary. Character creation will be quick and pre-gens will be available. If you've got a surviving character from a previous Mothership Monday session - you're welcome to bring them back!
Play materials will be provided for anyone who needs. If you have a dice preference, Mothership is a d100 'roll-under' system.
All players are welcome. This is a LGBTQ+ friendly table. Mothership is space-horror and safety tools will be used in play.
About the Venue
We'll be playing at Kitchen Table Games in Southland Plaza.
Monday's are typical slower but tables are first come-first-serve. I'll arrive before our scheduled start time to secure a spot.
About the System
Mothership, from Tuesday Knight Games, is a sci-fi horror RPG focusing on crew survival in space, designed to be easy to learn and run. The game uses a d100 roll-under system and emphasizes player agency and exploration over character optimization, with a focus on stress, panic, and the unknown.
