Heart Centered Gathering

Come join us at Sol to Soul Yoga right here in Stafford County!

We will have a short intro about the spiritual heart, some feeling with heart experiments, open discussions, and end with a guided relaxation.

Please donate $10 per person for use of the studio space. Also, remember to update your RSVP no later than 1 hr before start. Similar to yoga class policy, when we start, the door will be locked unless we know to keep lookout.
