All Day Gaming Marathon!

Welcome to our all day Board Game Marathon! If you enjoy games like Wingspan and Azul, you're in the right place! They are a great baseline for the modern strategy games our group gravitates towards.

Events:

• Flea Market - Grab a game and pay the owner via Venmo or Cash.
• Raffle! buy raffle tickets and participate in events to earn more.
• Bingo Meta Game
• Coordinated Lunch Order (cost not covered)
• Play-to-win games
• Snacks, drinks
• Full Bar on site opens at 2pm

Venue:
The Glenbrook Athletic Club located at 937 Hope St, Stamford is a private club for members only, we are renting a room from them. Enter through the door on the left from the main door which should be open.
The event is free to attend, however we do need to pay rent and cover other costs and we rely on attendee donations. We have a suggested donation of $10 per person, we are also selling raffle tickets.

Parking:

Venue Rules:

• No Smoking or Vaping at all indoor locations.
• No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed. This is a matter of their liquor license. Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks (like water or soda) are permitted. We have snacks available and restaurants deliver.
• Clean up after yourself, return glasses to the bar, throw trash away, and leave the space as you found it.

Schedule of Events:

• 10:00AM - 1:00PM: Morning Game Session
• Check-in, buy a raffle ticket, grab a bingo card, and donate
• 1:00PM - 2:00PM: Lunch Break
• Group order on Seamless/GrubHub/Call for pizza (cost is not covered).
• 2:00PM - 7PM: Afternoon Marathon
• The GAC bar opens
• 7:00PM - Raffle prize drawing - details below
• 10:00PM - 11:00PM: Cleanup to leave the space better than we found it.

Raffle:
1 ticket = $4
3 ticket = $10
10 tickets = $20 *The most popular option*

Each ticket you buy gives you better chances (your name is in the list once per ticket). You have to be present to win. Each winner will get to choose their prize, last winner gets what's left.

Prizes: Hot game: Shackleton Base, Bundle of 3 small and fun games, Terracotta Army, a $25 gift card to Gamenerdz, and maybe more

The drawing will be done at 7:00pm

To ensure our community remains a fun and respectful place for everyone, our organizers are here to help resolve any issues. If you experience or witness a problem, please bring it to an organizer's attention privately. We handle all concerns discreetly, typically starting with a simple conversation. To protect the group, serious or repeated issues may result in a member being asked not to return.
