Analyzing Your Career

We're excited to announce our first 2023 event, which will feature Danielle Kayal, Founder of the WorkShift. Our time together will be focused on Analyzing our Careers, an important topic for us all, regardless of where we are in our journeys. As an added bonus, the underlying concepts could help inform how we analyze career data within our own organizations.

Are you looking to change jobs or careers and don't know where to start? It all starts with data; This workshop will help you do a deep dive into your past job experiences, as well as personal experiences, helping you learn how to assess your career journey qualitatively and quantitatively. It will help you find trends in your career journey, and give you increased clarity about what to do next, so you'll make better career decisions.
