What we’re about

Hi everyone, my wife and I just moved to Lafayette and we are looking for other German speakers to network with. My wife is from Gießen and though I'm originally from St. Louis, I moved to Germany at 19 and lived there for many years thereafter. We're hoping to make friends, professional contacts, and to keep in touch with the German in us.

Let's meet at The Post Brewing Company at 105 W Emma in Lafayette on Wednesday, July 30 at 6 PM. We'll drink some beer, speak some German, and get to know one another. Hope to see you there!

Hello everyone, my wife and I moved to Lafayette recently and are looking to network with German speakers in the area. My wife is from Gießen and though I'm from St. Louis, I moved to Germany at 19 and spent many years living there. Our goal with Stammtisch Lafayette is to make new friends, connect professionally, and keep our connection to the German language.

Let's meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month (starting July 30) at 6 PM at The Post Brewing Company Lafayette. Feel free to bring whomever you want as long as they are fluent in German. I look forward to meeting you!
