Our Intro To Sup class is a 60 minute long class focusing on the basics of stand up paddle boarding (SUP). This class is perfect for beginners or those that want to improve their paddle techniques. The class will begin with paddle basics, turning techniques, safety and time on the water perfecting your skills. We suggest you wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting wet, as well as sunscreen, a hat and strap for your sunglasses. Come well hydrated and ready to have fun.
