Afterwork River SUP on the Limmat

Wednesday will be another hot and sunny day, so it will be perfect for an afterwork SUP on the Limmat.

We will paddle from Wipkingerpark to Glanzenberg. There is one portage at Werdinsel.

We will meet in Wipkingerpark, where there is a large grass field to pump up the boards and big stairs to go down to the Limmat. In Glanzenberg, we will finish next to the bridge where there is plenty of space to get out, dry the SUPs and have a drink and a snack. When we are done with the day, we can take the train back to Zürich HB from the Glanzenberg train station.

What to bring: SUP board and paddle (no rental there), life jacket, pump to inflate, dry bag, etc. A leash is not necessary for this tour in my opinion but it is your own decision. If you decide to use a leash, it is recommended to use one specific for rivers.

We will meet at 18:00 and pump the SUPs, we should aim to start paddling at 18:30 the latest.
