Rally for Democracy & Workers over Billionaires

Show up to Stand for Democracy and Workers over Billionaires, Saturday, noon to 1 PM. Express what you want to protect, defend, value, or oppose.

On Saturday August 30th [& September 1st nation wide] we will continue the movement we launched together in February 2025, standing in solidarity with all our communities under attack and fighting for real wins for all our people.

Thousands of communities across the country are taking a stand on Labor Day Weekend, join us! Together we will demand a country that puts workers over billionaires.

OUR DEMANDS TO BUILD THE SOCIETY WE ALL DESERVE:

1. Stop the billionaire takeover corrupting our government.

2. Protect and defend Medicaid, Social Security, and other programs for working people.

3. Fully funded schools, and healthcare and housing for all.

4. Stop the attacks on immigrants, Black, indigenous, trans people, and all our communities.

5. Invest in people not wars.

Make a sign or borrow one. All are welcome. Spread the word. Invite your friends and family.

Let's show that the power of peaceful people is greater than the people in power.

This is a nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values. Our recommendation is to ignore a potential aggitator, and if needed to chant, "We are Peaceful. You can leave."
